- Baoyu Sun is a senior engineer and has a PhD degree. He graduated from Tianjin University as a major of mechanical manufacture, and after graduation he worked in Shenyang Vacuum Technology Institute in 1984. Mr Sun established Shenyang Zhongbei Vacuum Industry in 1993 and became the general manager. Three years later in 1996, he set up Shenyang Zhongbei Vacuum Tech Co., Ltd and was titled as chairman &General Manager. The year 2000 witnessed the establishment of Shenyang General Magnetic Co., Ltd, and Mr Sun held the post of chairman. ULVAC Vacuum Furnace (Shenyang) Co., Ltd was founded in 2005, and as the chairman and general manager, Mr Sun currently occupies the post of vice director in Metallurgy Committee which under the Chinese Vacuum Society. Besides, he is the Vice-Chairman in the Executive Committee of Chinese Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology. He is also a member in Permanent Magnet Committee under The Chinese Society of Rare Earths, Permanent-magnet Machine Committee under China Electrotechnical Society, Vacuum Equipment Committee under China General Machinery Industry Association and Magnetic Material Committee under CECA. Mr Sun also serves as deputy director in Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Committee under Association of China Rare Earth Industry, and a part-time professor in Northeastern University.

- Runsheng Zhuo, Associate Professor and Doctor , Doctoral candidate of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Associate Professor of China University of Petroleum in 1997, has applied for 21 patents with 17 of them having been accredited and published more than 40 essays in domestic and foreign periodicals in his over 20 years of research of rare earth catalysts. He established Noblestar Catalysts Co., Ltd in 1998 with support from China University of Petroleum and formed Leshan Rezel Catalysts Co., Ltd in 2010 together with Shenghe Rare Earth Company. Rare earth molecular sieve based catalysts that are produced by using his patented technology shocked domestic and foreign rare earth industry. Dr. Zhuo is leading his team in the research and industrialization of rare earth catalysts and the efficient utilization and deep processing of Chinese rare earth resources.

- Nick Kotaki began his career with Hitachi in 1981 and in 1985 began to specialize in the importing of rare earths from China to Japan. He successfully developed many rare earths business contracts that involved trading between China, Japan, the United States and Europe. After seven years in the division he had managed to triple its sales and profits.In 1993 Nick transferred to Hitachi’s London office to head up the European Materials Division. The operation thrived under his leadership but after six years he decided the time was right to create his own trading company.Nick celebrated 10 years of independence in 2009 and decided to move his operations back to his native home of Tokyo, where he established the Materials Trading Company (MTC) Ltd.In the short time since then he has had a great impact on Japan’s rare earths’ industry, including the impressive fact that 80% of his customers are Nikkei Index listed companies.In August of 2012, MTC was selected as one of only 30 enterprises to share in government grants worth several million US$.

- Zesong Hu is the current representative of People's Congress in Chengdu Wuhou District, with professional title of senior engineer. He has been working in the Institute of Multipurpose Utilization of Mineral Resources since 1983 and served as the deputy chief of Political Section, director of Emei Pilot Test Base, assistant chief in succession and also the sitting deputy director, with adjunct positions as the director of China Geological Society, the Chinese Society of Rare Earths and the vice president of Sichuan Metallurgical Association, Sichuan Consulting Association and Sichuan Rare Earths Association. He stayed in Leshan Shenghe Rare Earth Co., Ltd. (SCSHARE) as the director of from 2001 to October, 2013 and the vice president from 2014 till now. He has been serving as the president of Shenghe Resources Holding Co., Ltd since January, 2013.

Melvin has played a pivotal role in the development of the company’s rare earth trading desk.
- Prior to joining Aminco Resources, Melvin worked with Asian Metal where he was initially the EMEA rare earth market analyst and then manager of Asian Metal’s UK office. Melvin is a graduate of Wake Forest University, where he double majored in Economics and Mandarin. He completed a year of post-graduate study at the Harbin Institute of Technology where he focused on Mandarin Language studies and applied natural resource economics.

He was appointed as the general manager of Fine Fluorine Chemical Company in 2013.

It focuses on the production of more than 30 kinds of high purity inorganic fluoride products including rare earth fluoride, high-purity lithium fluoride, high purity magnesium fluoride and four fluorine aluminate cesium. The company has a production experience of more than ten years for rare earth fluoride in particular. Currently, the company can produce products by adopting two methods, one is dry process and the other one is wet process. Wet process are characterized with coarse granularity and less loss. Dry process have the advantages of low impurity content and high fluoride, which are the rare and precious sub-raw material during the process of rare earth metal refining.
