Asian Metal visits Tungsten Dept. of China Minmetals in Beijing

On 16th Jan, 2013, Bruce Zhang, the manager of Minor Metal Dept., and Daly Lu, the analysis of Minor Metal Dept. in Asian Metal, visits Tungsten Dept. of China Minmetals Non-ferrous metal Co., Ltd in Beijing and shared tungsten market information and opinions with each other.
As one of the non-ferrous metals resources-oriented company with strong operation abilities, Minmetals is involved in copper, aluminum, tungsten, antimony, tin, rare earth, tantalum and niobium. China Minmetals has invested in tungsten mining and production of tungsten products in Jiangxi Province by controlling equities in Xianglushan, Xiushui, Jiangxi Tungsten Group, Nanchang Cement Carbide Company to form a complete chain. China Minmetals has been actively involved in the exploration of non-ferrous metals resources.
Ganzhou Gannan Tungsten Industry Co., Ltd. was set up by the Ganzhou Industrial Investment Corporation and Minmetals joint venture. There are some joint -stock companies in Ganzhou, like Chongyi Zhangyuan Tungsten Products Co., Ltd., Ganzhou Grand Sea W& M Group Co., Ltd., Ganzhou Tejing Tungsten & Molybdenum material Co., Ltd. ect.
Asian Metal and the Minmetals tungsten business team talk about the current tungsten market conditions. Chinese tungsten market ran more slowly in 2012. Owing to the weak demand, the tungsten market is hard to rebound in the short term. The beginning of the second quarter of 2013 with the global real economy bottoming stabilized. After the demand recovers gradually, the tungsten market will rebound. Mr. Qi Shen, Mr. Kong Fanzhi, Mr. Zhu Bo, Mr. Huang Zhibin, Mr. Zhao Haidong and Zhang Lize participate in discussion.
Mr. Qi appreciates the Asian Metal and expected that Asian Metal could focus on the fair market analyst in the future. Furthermore, they make suggestions to Asian Metal about the product development. Also shared the opinion with Tungsten Dept. of China Minmetals General Manager Mr. Gao Bo and consultant Mr. Fang Jiyun.
