    Northern Minerals visits Asian Metal

    On the morning of November 1, 2017, George Bauk, the board director and CEO of Australia Northern Minerals came to visit Asian Metal. Eric Qiu, the analyst of Asian Metal and rare earth market manager, extended warm acceptance and conducted in-depth exchange on current rare earth market and the latest updates of Northern Minerals’ Browns Range Rare Earth Project.

    Eric introduced to George Bauk about the recent supply and demand pattern of heavy rare earth products and the market status quo, meanwhile predicting the future price trend. In addition, both the two parties also made in-depth exchange on current supply of rare earth ores and possible policy changes. George Bauk made an introduction to the latest development of mining, infrastructure construction and plant design of Northern Minerals’ Browns Range Pilot Plant Project, claiming that the company expected to supply the high-value added heavy rare earth concentrate to the global market from July 2018.
    Furthermore, Eric expressed that Asian Metal will hold the 10th International Rare Earth Summit in Sanya, Hainan during May 10 to May 11 of 2018 and sincerely invited George to participate; George expressed his heartful thanks for Asian Metal’s rare earth market information and follow-up reports of their company, promising that they will actively support and sponsor Asian Metal’s this 10th anniversary summit.
    Northern Minerals is dedicated to producing heavy rare earth products, such as dysprosium, terbium, etc. and owns mines in Western and Northern Australia. The Browns Range Project, the flagship project of Northern Minerals, is located in the west of Australia, 160 kilometers from the southeast of Halls Creek and rich in heavy rare earth elements such as dysprosium and terbium, with explored reserves of rare earth oxide of 55,663t, including 4,795t of dysprosium oxide and 335t of terbium oxide.
