Notes:

1. Registration can only be confirmed upon receipt of the payment or the bank receipt voucher. Make sure your payment is made in advance. Please note that we do not accept any payment on the spot.

2. Conference fee includes forum attendance, conference proceedings, luncheon, conference banquet, refreshments and simultaneous translation service, excluding accommodation and traveling fees are excluded.

3. A substitute delegate will be accepted. Cancellations must be made by a written notice sent and received by the conference committee prior to 30 Sep. 2010 for refund, but an administration fee of USD100 will be charged.

4. The final conference program will be available on 10 Oct. 2010.
